In particular, the company has implemented for the Athens Bar Association:

1. Implementation of Web Casting & Web Conference for attending of Councils and Meetings by all lawyers throughout Greece
2. Development of an application for the electronic preparation and printing of the lawyer’s annual statement from office or from the employees of the Bar Association
3. Development of applications for the electronic submission of preference requests to obtain a free digital signature, electronic ballot for the selection of lawyers, electronic processing and printing of the relevant forms (application – responsible declaration) for the issuance of digital certificates and the receipt delivery form (Syzeuxis smart card / USB tokens)
4. Development of software to cover computerized changes regarding to: a. Completing the register details and updating it, b. Certificate of dividends, c. Modification of tables and applications to monitor the publication of court decisions
5. Upgrade of applications for mass printing of statements and certificates (for Athens lawyers, law firms and lawyers throughout the country
6. Development of an application for on-line submission of questions
7. Application development to support the general meeting
8. Implementation of an application and provision of services related to the Electronic Filing of Claims at the Council of State
9. Application development for the appointment of judicial representatives
10. Application extensions (Covering the needs of co-signing of Pleadings and Legal Aid by more than two lawyers (requirement), Electronic filing of Pleadings by the Legal Council of the State, Monitoring by Lawyers of the flow of Pleadings at the SPC)
11. New applications (Issuance of Certificates and detailed statements for a certain period of time, Development of an application for the On-line registration of Lawyers’ mobile phones and the reliable sending of messages to Lawyers regarding the publication of their decisions, Creation of files for mass sending of messages to Lawyers for the publication of their decisions, Creation of an application for the display of the tables – exhibits of the Civil and Criminal Courts of Athens – Piraeus (Magistrate Court, Court of First Instance, Court of Appeal))
12. Implementation of Pleading Flow Monitoring in the Courts of First Instance & Creation of an Interoperability Standard
13. Application of Electronic Issuance of Receipts of Contributions and Dematerialized Money in a WEB environment by the users of the Regional Magistrates’ Courts and Application of Electronic Issuance of Receipts of Advance Payment of Contributions and Dematerialized Money in a WEB environment by the Lawyers in their office
14. 2013 tax certificate & lawyer record application upgrade, Application for the electronic issuance of insurance certificate and lawyer insurance record for ETAA-TAN, Application for the electronic issuance of insurance certificate & attorney insurance record for TPDA, Application for the electronic issuance of dividend certificate, Application collective mass printing of certificates (tax, insurance for ETAA, insurance for TPDA, dividend) with corresponding card printings for lawyers – law firms

Optis has also developed the application of the Electronic Filing of Claims for the Thessaloniki Bar Association.
