If the user is unable to sign a document they should check:

  1. That the digital certificate is valid
  2. That the USB port the USB Token is connected to is working
  3. That the Digital Signature PIN is not locked
  4. That in JSignPdf by pressing Load keys it shows the user’s name and not some other certificate
  5. That in JSignPdf in the option “Settings” the “Background image” does not have a pdf file

In case you are using JSignPdf you should check the “Append signature to the existing ones” option

In this case, timestamping is not configured in the signature program you are using.

To see the timestamp the user should open the signature details.

If you enter the Digital Signature PIN 3 times incorrectly, it will be locked for security reasons.
You can reset it by following these steps:
