REMOTE ΜΑΝΑGΕΜΕNT & ADMINISTRATION

Remote support is provided if necessary for problem resolution and monitoring via specialized software with specific configuration for each installation/ site. Also, capability of alerts’ creation for proactive maintenance.

ON-SITE ΥΠΟΣΤΗΡΙΞΗ

Optis S.A. specialized engineers visit customer’s site, whenever that is necessary and in cooperation Help Desk of Optis S.A. select the best possible solution for solving of problem. Both problem description and its resolution are recorded in special service report that has both customer’s and each engineer’s signature.

REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT

Replacement of defective equipment during its repair in order satisfy customer’s needs for minimum downtime.
